HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
If an item is defective and you want to exchange it, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at our returns email.
Provide your order number, as well as the reason for your request.
Our customer service team will review the return request and send further instructions if the replacement is approved. All returns must be in original condition with the packaging intact and the costs will be borne by the buyer.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, including accessories, manuals and documentation. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as we sent them. Stains, bent cards, broken seals / broken plastic films will not be accepted. If the condition of the product sent back to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to exchange it.
Non-returnable items are those products purchased incorrectly and products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
Returns made without a receipt may be rejected MIMA reserves the right to deny any return.
Please make sure at the time of the return that it does not include any product not from our website. Please note that we will not be responsible for it and neither the product nor the corresponding amount will be returned.
WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Almost all products can be exchanged as long as they are unused and in perfect condition, including accessories, documentation and original packaging. However, there are exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Returns will not apply to:
The provision of services, once the service has been fully performed, when performance has begun, with the prior express consent of the consumer and user and with their acknowledgement that they are aware that, once the contract has been fully performed by the trader, they will have lost their right of withdrawal.
The supply of goods or the provision of services whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader cannot control and that may occur during the withdrawal period.
The supply of goods made to the consumer and user's specifications or clearly personalized (for example: weapons, furniture, made-to-measure clothing, customized clothing such as sports shirts with a personal name).
The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly (for example: food, flowers, fruit baskets...).
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery (for example: all beauty items, toiletries, cosmetics, personal care, household hygiene items such as robot vacuum cleaners, hair accessories, underwear, hygiene products and all those products for bodily use).
The supply of goods that after delivery and taking into account their nature have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
The supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed at the time the sales contract was concluded and that cannot be delivered before 30 days, and whose actual value depends on market fluctuations that the trader cannot control.
Contracts in which the consumer and user has specifically requested the trader to visit them to carry out urgent repair or maintenance operations; if, during that visit, the trader provides additional services beyond those specifically requested by the consumer or supplies goods other than the spare parts necessarily used to carry out the maintenance or repair operations, the right of withdrawal must apply to those additional services or goods.
The supply of sealed sound recordings, videos, video games and computer programs provided on any physical medium (CD, Vinyl, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
The supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT / DAMAGED?
Contact our Customer Service team to start the return process. Please include the following information:
● Order number
● Proof of purchase
● Video or photo of the defective product (if applicable)
● Full delivery address
● Contact phone number
In some cases, you may need to include a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.
HOW LONG DOES THE RETURN PROCESS TAKE?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, the amount of the item to be exchanged will be received in the form of a discount code for the same amount to spend on our website. For non-defective items, the refund excludes all shipping and handling costs.
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
When an order is placed it is automatically processed and therefore cancellation will only be possible if it has not been shipped. Contact us within 1 hour of purchase if you need to modify your order. Be sure to provide your order number and the change you want to make and we will confirm once the change has been made. Please note that any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled.
